Adyvision may provide services including:

• Campaign management

The exact scope of Services shall depend on the package, proposal, quotation, or service agreement accepted by the Client.

Advertising expenditure paid to third-party advertising platforms is separate from Adyvision's service fees unless specifically stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for providing sufficient advertising budget for their campaigns.

Adyvision does not guarantee that a particular advertising budget will generate a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversions, or revenue. Third-party advertising platforms may charge, adjust, hold, or process advertising expenditure according to their own policies and billing systems.

Adyvision may use third-party advertising platforms including Meta and Google. The Client acknowledges that:

• Third-party platforms operate independently from Adyvision.
• Their policies and terms may change at any time.
• Advertisements may be rejected or restricted.
• Advertising accounts may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or disabled.
• Campaign delivery may fluctuate or stop.
• Advertising costs and auction conditions may change.

Adyvision does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted campaign delivery, account stability, or specific results from any third-party advertising platform.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information, materials, creatives, websites, landing pages, products, services, claims, business information, and other materials required to provide the Services.

Clients must ensure that:

• Their products and services are lawful.
• Their advertising claims are accurate.
• Their websites and landing pages comply with applicable laws.
• They have the necessary rights to use submitted images, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content.
• Their advertisements comply with applicable advertising platform policies.

Adyvision may refuse to advertise or manage content that it reasonably believes violates applicable law, third-party platform policies, or these Terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all proprietary materials, strategies, templates, systems, processes, reports, designs, and other materials created or owned by Adyvision or CreatorFeed Technologies remain their intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of materials and content that they independently provide to Adyvision, subject to any rights granted for providing the Services. Clients grant Adyvision permission to use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed Services.

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with website functionality.
• Upload malicious software.
• Reverse engineer or exploit any portion of the Services.
• Misrepresent their identity or business.
