This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name adyvision.org ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned by Trendify Technologies, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Basudevpur Cuttack (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, "Services"). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

The use of this website or app is solely governed by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, guidelines, disclaimers that may be applicable to the relevant section of the Platform and the laws of India.

1. You agree and understand that the Platform is provided through telecommunication networks, which may be beyond the control of the Platform Owner. Your use of the Platform signifies your agreement to the Terms of Use.
2. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are of legal age and competent to enter into a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable law.
3. To avail the Services, you shall be required to register with the Platform by providing the details as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password, and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. You agree, inter alia, to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Platform registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Platform Owner has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform.
5. You agree that the Platform Owner may, at any time and at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your account or your use of the Platform, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including without limitation if the Platform Owner believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
6. The Platform Owner may disclose any information about your use of the Platform, including your content, in order to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
7. Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to the Platform Owner, you may be prohibited from accessing the Platform, the Platform Owner may remove any content hosted by you, and any third party content made available by you, or your registration and/or membership may be terminated immediately, if the Platform Owner believes that your conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of the Platform Owner, other users, or third-party service providers.

1. You agree to use the Services provided by the Platform Owner for lawful purposes only, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform and transacting on it.
2. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. The Platform Owner reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found to be false (wholly or partly), the Platform Owner has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of the Platform without prior intimation whatsoever.
3. You are accessing the Services available on this Platform and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Platform.
4. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any non-delivery or delayed delivery of data, information or message; or (d) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message, due to any act or omission by the Platform Owner.
5. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
6. You shall be required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
7. The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents. The contents includes and is not limited to the design, layout, look and graphics.
8. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
9. You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
10. You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
11. You agree and acknowledge that the website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.
12. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
